1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and ph54 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph54 online gaming platform accessible at ph54.cam (the "Website" or "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Website, or using any services offered by ph54, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of ph54 services following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

ph54 operates as a licensed online gaming operator under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities conducted on the Platform are subject to Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies referenced herein, which collectively govern the relationship between you and ph54.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with ph54 and participate in real-money gaming activities. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. ph54 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure.

Any User found to have registered an account while under the age of 21 will have their account permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and winnings voided without exception. ph54 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and implements robust age verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009 (Republic Act No. 9775).

2.2 Jurisdiction and Residency

ph54 services are intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Users must be physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account registration and during all gaming sessions. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to access ph54 services. It remains your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction. ph54 disclaims any liability for Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where such access is unlawful.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number, and email address. You must also select a secure password meeting our minimum complexity requirements.

You may register only one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. ph54 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts linked to a single individual will result in permanent closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and voiding of all wagers and winnings associated with such accounts.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You must immediately notify ph54 Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph54 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account unless such unauthorized use results directly from ph54's negligence or breach of security obligations.

3. Account Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), and international best practices, ph54 implements a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) program. Upon registration and at various points during your use of the Platform, you will be required to provide documentation verifying your identity, age, address, and payment methods.

Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PhilHealth ID, SSS ID, or any valid government-issued ID card. Proof of address may be demonstrated through recent utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence displaying your name and residential address.

Failure to complete identity verification when requested may result in restrictions on account functionality, including but not limited to the inability to make deposits, place wagers, or request withdrawals. ph54 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence procedures for Users who exhibit unusual betting patterns, make large transactions, or otherwise trigger our risk management protocols.

All personal information and documentation provided to ph54 for verification purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. ph54 may share KYC documentation with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

ph54 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers, over-the-counter deposits at authorized payment centers, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods or promotional offers.

All deposits are credited to your ph54 account wallet in real-time or within the timeframe specified for the selected payment method. Deposits made through third-party payment processors may be subject to additional processing time beyond ph54's control. You agree that ph54 is not responsible for delays caused by external payment service providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ph54 account are derived from legitimate sources and belong to you exclusively. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties or using payment methods not registered in your name is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted once your account has been fully verified in accordance with Section 3 above. ph54 processes withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, although actual receipt of funds depends on the selected withdrawal method and the policies of external financial institutions.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers may require one (1) to three (3) business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500, and the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is PHP 1,000,000, subject to adjustment based on your account status and verification level.

Withdrawals must be processed to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits, except where ph54 determines in its sole discretion that alternative arrangements are necessary for security or regulatory reasons. ph54 reserves the right to require that funds be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.

4.3 Fees and Charges

ph54 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction fees over which ph54 has no control. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.

5. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Game Integrity

All games offered on the ph54 Platform are provided by licensed third-party gaming software suppliers whose products have been certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithms used in digital games are audited regularly by eCOGRA, Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), and other accredited certification bodies.

Once a wager is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended except in the event of a clear technical error acknowledged by ph54. All betting outcomes are final. In the event of a dispute regarding game results, ph54's transaction logs and server records shall serve as the authoritative source of truth.

ph54 reserves the right to void any wager or refuse any bet if there is evidence of technical malfunction, human error, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms. In cases where wagers are voided, the stake amount will be returned to your account wallet, but any potential winnings will be forfeited.

You agree to use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, professional gambling, arbitrage betting, betting syndicates, or any form of coordinated wagering activity intended to exploit bonuses or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. ph54 employs sophisticated fraud detection and risk management systems to identify such behavior. Users found engaging in prohibited activities will have their accounts terminated and funds forfeited.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ph54 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. By accepting any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable promotional terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Different games contribute to wagering requirements at different percentages, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potential account closure.

ph54 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of promotional terms conflicting with these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

7. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Creating multiple accounts or registering accounts using false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• Allowing third parties to access or use your account;
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, fraud, or any form of unfair gaming practice;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other unauthorized third-party tools to access the Platform;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform;
• Laundering money or conducting financial transactions for illicit purposes;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ph54 staff or other Players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other Users' accounts or ph54's systems;
• Uploading malicious software, viruses, or code designed to disrupt Platform operations.

Violation of any prohibited activity listed above or any other provision of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ph54 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Website, is the exclusive property of ph54 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

The ph54 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of ph54. You are granted no right or license to use any trademark without the prior written consent of ph54. Unauthorized use of any ph54 trademark may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of Philippine law.

You may access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without ph54's express written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the ph54 Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph54 implements industry-standard security measures to protect User data, including SSL encryption, secure payment gateways, and restricted access controls. However, no system is entirely immune from security breaches. ph54 cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for unauthorized access to User accounts or data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ph54 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activities. Users experiencing gambling-related problems are encouraged to utilize our responsible gaming features, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily suspend your account for a specified period ranging from six (6) months to permanent closure. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, place wagers, or receive marketing communications from ph54. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted through Customer Support and will take effect within twenty-four (24) hours.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

ph54 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe in our sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to ph54's operations or other Users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining account balance in accordance with Section 4.2. Unclaimed funds remaining in closed accounts for more than twelve (12) months may be forfeited in accordance with Philippine law.

Account closures do not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure, including but not limited to outstanding wagering requirements, chargebacks, or other financial liabilities.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph54, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if ph54 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph54's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

ph54 is not responsible for losses resulting from technical malfunctions, internet outages, power failures, server downtime, payment processor errors, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph54, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, your infringement of any third-party rights, or your use or misuse of the Platform.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations with ph54 Customer Support. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph54 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
